"My wife was in tears when she called me at work. Our new car was torn apart, there were parts hanging off everywhere. Thanks god she was OK, this guy ran right through the stop sign and hit her right in the passenger side. I remembered, in the Yellow Pages Whittier Auto Craft promised a guaranteed completion time. So I called them. The bad thing was that we were leaving on vacation in three weeks and we were going to drive our new car. Sam told me that since I had a new car, parts should be no problem. We were leaving soon, so I was worried that my car couldn't be repaired on time. Sam said he would get right on it for us and handle all the paperwork with the insurance company. They had reserved a rental car for me, and I was picked up in 15 minutes after I dropped my car off. I sure didn't want to go on a driving vacation in that little thing.
   It blew my mind when they called me in just two weeks to say that my car was ready to go. When I went to pick it up, it looked just like it rolled off the showroom floor.
