1. In the event of damage to your auto, you need only get ONE estimate for those repairs from a repair facility of YOUR choice.

2. You and only YOU have the right to choose a shop and authorize the repairs.

3. If the accident is the responsibility of the other party, you are entitled to a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. The cost for the rental car is to be paid by the other party.
